Urgent Help

Hi,

I'm using Joomla 3.3.3 and installed extension (Visforms for Joomla! 3 up to version 3.3.5 ).
Why i got 3 error messages such as :-
1 - Error Incorrect version sequence. Cannot upgrade 3.1.2 to 3.1.2
Warning

2 - Component Install: Custom install routine failure
Message

3 - Error installing component

Hi,

the messages say that you already have a Visforms 3.1.2 installation on your website.

It is not possible to install the same version twice.

Already have a Visforms 3.1.2?
Before this, i already uninstalled and installed again, the message was appear.
What should i do??

If the message appears there is still an record set for the compent com_visorms in your #__extensions table, maybe in the #_assets table to. I don't konw why it is there. If something is messed up in your database you have to make sure that the previous installation of Visforms is completele removed

Check all folders in the installation
Export the database into a .sql file and search this file in a text editor for "visforms", to make sure, that no visforms record sets are in your database by accident.
