Joomla 5 Notice

I have installed : Visforms Version 3.7.10.
Data are engistered but I don't received the result emails.


Could you help me ?

Hi,

you have to set up the e-mail settings in the form configuration properly (tab "Mail Options"). There is an article in the documentation about the email configuration as well.

If you have set up the e-mail settings for Visforms properly and you do not receive mails, then this is not a problem that is cause by Visforms in the first place.

There might be a problem with the configuration of your mailer i.e. provider does not allow php mailer. Do the "normal" Joomla! mails work (i.e. registration mail in Joomla!)?

If Joomla! mails work, then maybe the mails are block as spam, either on there creation (by your provider) or an the receiving end. (Ask your provider). Please make sure, that you have set the option "Submitted Mails as Links" to "no", because this is on of the most common reasons why mails are blocked as spam.
