How can I automatically send a copy of form to the mail address which was written in the form, I mean I need classic "Send a copy to myself" selection, and make it automatically if possible.

in the form configuration there is a whole tab with settings for the mail configuration.

Most of this also applies retrospectively to Joomla 3.
