Hallo
Ich nutze Joomla! 3.9.6 und Visforms 3.12.10. mit mehr als einem Jahr unveränderten
Einstellungen. Im Frontend konnte ich die Formulare als Liste (nur Titel usw.) sehen und mit Edit Link bearbeiten. Nach dem letzten Update geht das nicht mehr.

Wenn ich auf eine Eintrag in der Liste klicke öffnet sich das Formular und ist LEER! Es gibt also nichts zu bearbeiten obwohl die Formulare mit Feldern und Daten vorhanden sind.

Was kann das sein?

Ein Javascript Fehler, evtl auch als Folge einer veralteten im Browser gemachten Version der visforms.js

Wie komme ich da weiter? Vor 4 Wochen ging es noch und ich habe bis auf Update Joomla! und Visforms nichts geändert. Die Einstellung ist geblieben und die Formulardaten sind da.

Mit keinem der aktuellen Browser Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome und Firefox geht das als Super User mehr. Mit Chrome auf dem Smartphone auch nicht.

Schau im Browser in der Konsole nach, ob da Javascript Fehler angezeigt werden.
Stell sicher, dass der Browsercache gelöscht ist.

Browser Cache war gelöscht. Lokal auf dem PC mit IIS Server funktioniert es auch nicht.

Login als Super User. Bei Aufruf der Formliste im Frontend wird in der Browser-Console angezeigt:

Um hier weiter helfen zu können, muss ich mir das live ansehen. Ich bin aber noch eine Woche im Urlaub und kann das erst danach machen. Ich brauche Zugang zu der edit View mit den entsprechenden Rechten. Kannst du mir das geben. Bitte an contact@vi-solutions.de schicken.
