Joomla 5 Notice

We are pleased to announce that as of January 29, 2024, all of our Joomla extensions are compatible with Joomla 5.

Fehler beim Verbindungsaufbau zum Server: 403

Manuell kann man das Paket allerdings laden.

Hallo Mario,

hast du im Dashboard von Visforms auf der "Update" Kachel die Downloadid korrekt eingeben?

Du kannst deine Download Id ermitteln, wenn du dich hier auf der Webseite mit dem Subscription User anmeldest und dann unter dem Benutzermenü (oben rechts) auf "Meine Subscriptionen" gehst.

Ohne korrekte Download Id gibt es diese Fehlermeldung. Der Text wird letztlich durch Joomla! gehandelt und ist leider nicht ganz so glücklich, weil das Problem genau genommen ein etwas anderes ist.

nö die UpdateID kannte ich nicht einmal. Danke für den Hinweis. Habe sie nun eingetragen und denke beim nächsten Update sollte nun alles gut gehen.
