Hallo liebes Forum!

Ich habe 2 Formulare auf unserer Website ( www.bundesverband-hygieneinspektoren.de ) in einem gesicherten Bereich erstellt.

1. Die Email wird nicht an den versendet, der die Daten auf der Website eingegeben hat
2. Die Daten sind in der Email nicht korrekt dargestellt

Inhalt der erhaltenen Email:
Formular : Firmen/Industrie

versandt am 2017-12-30 15:34:59

Einrichtung/Organisation/Firma : Privatperson

Ansprechpartner (Name, Vorname) : Stumpf, Michael

Ansprechpartner (Email) : stumpf.michel@gmail.com

Straße : Im Stübchen 10

Postleitzahl : 66701

Ort : Beckingen

Auswahl der Fördermitgliedschaft : 2

ID : 2

IP Addresse : 87.184.215.214

Was mache ich falsch?

Es geht mir speziell um "Auswahl der Fördermitgliedschaft : 2" Hier habe ich eine Checkbox-Auswahl...

Ich sehe folgende mögliche Fehlerursachen, warum derjenige der die Daten eingibt keine Mail bekommt.

1. Der Joomla Mailer selbst funktioniert überhaupt nicht richtig. (Ist nicht so wahrscheinlich, da ja die Ergebnismail wohl ankommt.)

2. Die Mail an den Webseitenbenutzer wurde in der Formularkonfiguration nicht richtig konfiguriert (diese muss separat "aktiviert" werden und Informationen wie Mail Von etc. müssen eigegeben sein.

3. Das Feld im Formular, in das die E-Mail eingeben werden soll ist nicht vom Typ E-Mail

4. Die E-Mail Adresse die du zum Testen eingeben hast hat einen Tipfehler

5. Die Mail wird als Spam geblockt (kann z.B. passieren, wenn die Domain im Mail von nicht der Webseitendomain entspricht).

Dass die Daten in der E-Mail nicht korrekt sind, habe ich noch nie gehört. Ich gehe davon aus, dass die Daten genau so sind, wie sie sein sollen, du aber etwas anderes erwartet hättest. Was erwartest du denn? Wie seiht denn die Checkbox-Auswahl konkret aus? Ist das eine einzelne Checkbox oder eine Checkbox Gruppe. Wie sehen Label und Wert (Einzelne Checkbox) bzw. die Label/Werte (Checkbox Gruppe) aus?

Hallo Aicha,
vielen Dank für die schnelle Beantwortung und die Tipps.

Das mit der Checkbox war mein Eingabefehler. Ich hatte in der Optionenliste fälschlicher Weise im "Wert" eine Zahl anstatt der Bezeichnung.

Hab das jetzt korrigiert und es funktioniert!
