Is it possible to clone fields?
Or how create nested forms?

Hi,

if you mean cloning field on the fly in the form, then the answer is no. Each field which you want to display must be created in the administration.

There are no nested forms.

Aicha

Thanks.
How can i organize next form.
I want to input, for example, information about children in family.
One family has only one child, another 2 or 3 or 8, or 14 or more children.
How create fields, that depends on number of children.
I do not want to create 20 or more fields, if family has only one or two children.

Hi,

Visforms has many rareand highly sought after feature, which just do in no way work together with creating fields on the fly. Therefore we do not provide nested forms.

So here is how you could make it work with Visforms.

You create one select "Number of Children" with options 1 to 20
You create one field for each children
You use the "conditional field" options in order to always display the proper amount auf children fields.

This works, if you expect a limited amount of "nested" fields.

Regards,
Aicha

Thanks,
As i understand i can create only one(!) field for each children (text area) or possible more. For example, 2 fields - name and date of birth. Possible?

In theory you can create as many fields per child as you need.
You only have to make sure, that the conditions for all fields that belong to one child are the same, so that their display is triggerd simultaniously.
In praxis, if you have many children and many fields per child, it soon gets awkward, because you have to create/manage so many fields and because having to many conditional fields might slow the form down.
So for eachample 3 fields per child an 10 children is quite managable
10 fields per child and 20 children is awkward
