Joomla 5 Notice

Radio button not displayed on form

Radio button not displayed on form was created by roudaer2
I'm running Joomla 3.9.5 and Visform 3.12.10
I had a form running perfectly before but now, radio buttons are not displayed anymore on the form
Any idea of root cause of this issue ?

Please check, if you have created overrides for visForms in your template (html and html/layouts folder in your template). Overrides, made on the basis of older visForms versions are no longer compatible with visForms 3.12.10. They must be removed and replaced with overrides based on files from visForms 3.12.10.

Another possible reason could be javascript files cached in your browser, which are outdated.

Dear Aicha,
I've never created any overrides for Visforms in the template.
I've deleted my browser cache, but I still have the problem.
Radio button do not appear.

Hi,
I've never heard of such a problem before. It certainly has something to do with the individual configuration of your website (used extensions/plugins/template...)
Without a link to the form I can say nothing more.

I've found the root cause issue with radio button. It was linked with the template configuration of the website.
