Hallo,
ich habe seit heute sein Subscription

Stehe aber bei folgendem Feature auf der Leiter: www.vi-solutions.de/de/support/dokumenta...-dokumente-erstellen

Ich finde dazu absolut nichts in meinem Visforms Dashboard. Also keine Templates oder Demos und nichts, womit ich PDFs erstellen kann.

Was habe ich denn übersehen?

Hallo,
wenn du eine Subscription erwirbst senden wir dir mit der Mail die aktuelle stabile Version zu.
Die Feature, die du verwenden willst, sind aber bislang erst in der bereits sehr gut getesteten Beta-Version enthalten.
D.h. du musst zu erst hier auf der Webseite unter "Downloads" sowohl die visForms Beta Version 3.13.10 und die Subscription Beta Version 3.4.9 herunterladen und diese über den Erweiterungsmanager auf deiner Webseite installieren. (Für den Download der Subscription musst du mit dem Benutzer, mit dem du die Subscription gekauft hast, angemeldet sein.).

Anschließend solltest du im Dashboard den Button zum Installieren der Demo-Formulare sehen und in der Übersichtsliste unter "Formulare" eine neue Spalte "PDF"., über die du Zugang zu PDF-Template Konfiguration erhälst.

Leider zu früh gefreut. Wenn ich auf den Button "PDF Demo installieren" klicke, kommt es zu einer weißen Seite. Installiert wurde das PDF-Tool nicht

EDIT: Hat nach ein paar Versuchen funktioniert

Hallo,

nur damit keine Missverständnisse auftreten.

Der Button "PDF Demo installieren" installiert nicht das "PDF-Tool". Das PDF-Tool ist automatisch installiert, wenn du die korrekte Version visForms uns Subscription installiert hast.

Button "PDF Demo installieren" importiert 3 Beispielformulare in die Datenbank. Das ist alles.

Hallo,
eine kurze Frage:
Muss ich bei Updates von Visform immer beide Versionen updaten?
Ich sehe unter den Aktualisierungen
Vsubscription Package Installiert 3.4.9 // Verfügbar: 3.4.11
visforms Installiert 3.13.10 // Verfügbar: 3.13.12

Gibt es da eine Reihenfolge bei den Updates, welche beachtet werden muss?
