Publish/unpublish record sets in frontend functionality no longer working

One of my users complained that the publish/unpublish feature stopped working, I tried this myself, as admin and experienced the same issue.

When I click on the publish/unpublish button in the front end, nothing happens. Changing state in the back end works fine, but users don;t have access. So, I really need to get this working again. Even when I tried changing stat when logged in as admin/superuser - still didn;t work.

Any idea what may have caused this?

Thanks in advance!

Ralph

Hi,

Visforms runs on ten-thousands Joomla!-Instances.
All known bugs are fixed.
Almost any error behavior is either due to wrong/bad site/page/server configuration/settings or caused by not really/complete Joomla-compatible templates/extensions/plugins.

As a matter of fact and experience, Visforms does not work as expected only if something external to Visforms is wrong.
The javascript:void(0) is correct.

Publish/unpublish not working in the frontend could be the result of template overrides, which were made on the basis of older Visforms versions.
Or they could be the result of a javascript incompatiblity.

If you cannot solve the problem by yourself, we do, of course, provide assistance with individual configuration problems.
Please do understand, regarding the huge feature set and large user group of our free-of-charge visForms, that we have to charge you for this service with our standard development hourly fee.

Regards,
Aicha

Hi there...I have done some more looking into this and see the following in chrome developer tools = console

JQMIGRATE: Migrate is installed, version 1.4.1
jquery-migrate.min.js?880720363dbbc50bd243dd03f39c1ff4:2
Uncaught ReferenceError: Joomla is not defined
edit-my-sale-rental-trade-listing:355
at window.vflistItemTaskMySub (edit-my-sale-rental-trade-listing:355)
at HTMLAnchorElement.onclick (edit-my-sale-rental-trade-listing:267)

Does anyone have any idea what this means, if this helps diagnose what the issue and how to fix it?

Thanks in advance!!
