Hi,

can you send me a link to the Visforms form, where you have a problem with the submit button? (If you like to mail it to contact@vi-solutions.de)

Regards,
Aicha

 I recommend you the new and up-to-date documentation for Joomla 4:
docs.joomla-5.visforms.vi-solutions.de/en/docs/
Most of this also applies retrospectively to Joomla 3.
Please only ask 1 question per topic :-).

Das meiste gilt rückwirkend auch für Joomla 3.

Hi,

ok, that is not "no submit button" but a disabled submit button. The button is disabled because you have several Javascript Error on your Website.

First of all, the template includes a html5.js and a jquery 1.4.2 Javascript at the end of the page. These is 1. a totally outdated jQuery version and second it is included in a totally not Joomla! conform way. If you want to use jQuery with your template you have to use the Joomla! core functions to include the jQuery that comes with the Joomla! core.

Second there are a couple of Javascript Errors with the MgOpen_Moderna_700.font.js

Especially the badly included jQuery 1.4.2 causes Visforms to break. You have to fix the Javascript problems on your website if you want to use Visforms.

Regards,
Aicha

Thanks for your help. I will need to get a refund since I can use this product. How do I get a refund? I submitted a contact request two weeks ago with no response.

Thanks,
AJ

Hi,

the contact request you send, had exactly the same content as the first item of this forums post and was send at the same time. What would have been the benefit of answering the mail, too, when I had already answered the forums post?

As I wrote before the problem with your website is, that you use a template, that is not conform with the Joomla! Framework. It is your template that breaks your website and the Javascript errors produced by your template can effect other extensions than Visforms as well.

I really invested some time in trying to help you figure and fix the problem with your website and until now I had no idea, that would like to be refunded. I will send you a private message about that.

Regards,
Aicha
