Hallo Aiche,

das update von Vfsubscription Package schlägt mit folgendem Fehler fehl. Dies war auch schon beim letzten Update der Fall.

Paketdownload fehlgeschlagen. Manuell von  www.vi-solutions.de/component/ars/?optio...&id=352&dummy=my.zip  herunterladen und installieren.

Leider funktioniert der Link zum manuellen download ebenfalls nicht, sodass man sich erst mühsam durchklicken muss um die richtige Datei zu finden, laden und installieren.

Wo liegt hier der Fehler?

Hallo Mario,
diese Meldung erscheint, wenn
a) deine Download-Id in Visforms nicht korrekt hinterlegt ist oder
b) die Subscription abgelaufen ist (z.B. weil es sich um eine 1-Jahreslizenz handelt oder weil du auf Joomla 4 bist und nur eine Subscription für Joomla 3 hast).

Most of this also applies retrospectively to Joomla 3.

Hallo Aicha,

vielen Dank für die rasche Antwort. Die Lizenz ist noch gültig. Ich habe gerade noch einmal den Schlüssel neu eingetragen und es funktioniert wieder. K.a. wo sich da ein Fehler eingeschlichen hatte.
