Upgrading Visforms resulted in some Submit buttons not functioning

I have a Joomla site running on Joomla 3.6.4

I recently updated VISForms and am running:

Visforms Site Module 3.9.2
visforms Administrator Component 3.7.10 August 2016
Visforms - Visforms Site Plugin 1.0.0 No
Visforms Spambotcheck Site Plugin 3.4.1

Problem: Upon the last update of Visforms, some of my Forms' Submit buttons ceased to work.

There are 9 forms available from this page . Suddenly the Submit buttons on forms Company Setup and User Setup ceased to work, while the other 7 forms appear to be unaffected.

Any idea why these 2 forms' Submit buttons are not working?

Thanks!

Hi,

actually this link is not working. I get an internal server error when I try to take a look at your form.

Regards,
Aicha

OK, we have restored the missing links. The link we should have given you was:

interactech.net/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=14

Thanks for your patience!

Hi,

ok, thanks.

There is a javascript error on all the form pages (TypeError: jQuery(...).tooltip is not a function) but I'm not sure, whether it is this script error that causes your problem. But it could well be the reason. But this would effect all forms then and not only 2 of the 7. I'm not sure what exactly causes the javascript error either.

The forms on the main page (contact form for example) have no javascript error.

Another possible source of your problem could be, if you have created template overrides of Visforms in your template. If that is the case it might be necessary to adapt the overrides (on the bases of the current Visforms view layout files. I have made changes to the default.php.....)

Regards,
Aicha
