Joomla 5 Mitteilung

Result Mail is not sending. I have checked everythigh in a configuration.
Submitted data in being srored in database all right. The emails from Joomla system (like registration emails ) comes all right.
Visforms Version 3.5.7, Joomla 3.4
system- global config - Send Mail - set YES
system- global config - Mailer - set PHP MAIL
Are any ideas why result Mail is not sending?
I may send admin access to Visforms spacialist so they may check it

Hi Konstantin,

did you set up the email setting in the form configuration in Visforms (Tab Mail Options) and enable sending mails there?

Most of this also applies retrospectively to Joomla 3.

You can delete the links to the images.
I took a look.

Is only the result mail not sent or both (receipt mail, too)?
You have to fill in at least the "Mail From Address" for the result mail.
