If a user enters a wrong captcha, the 404 page shows up, instead of Error page. SO the user has to go back to form and redo the fields.

How to correct that.

Hi,

this is not a know issue of Visforms (which is used by thousands of people).
So I assume, this is not a problem natively caused by Visforms but most probably a problem with the configuration of your website (SEO settings, use of other third party extension, .htaccess, redirects on your server...) In this case I cannot help you for free.
Without further information this obviously is only a guess.
For further requests it would be helpful to know which Visforms Version you use, which Joomla! Version you use, how you display the form, which are your captcha settings.....
