Hi,
by publishing the form visform in the home, opening the site the home moves to the position of the form.
Do you have any suggestions?

Use the form option "set focus on first field".
Set it to "no"
You find this option in the form configuration "Advanced" tab.

Most of this also applies retrospectively to Joomla 3.
