Hi

We are new to using Visforms and really like it and how easy it is to use.

We have a question when displaying the form on an iPhone.
If we have a dropdown as one of the fields on the form, it shows the options fine in the list of options but when we select an option it only shows the very top of the words in the box so you cannot actually see what you have chosen.

Is this something you can help us with?

Thanks
Richard

Hi Richard,

I have not heard of this problem before but I think it is a CSS problem.

Although I provide responsive layouts for the forms (Boostrap 2.3.2 compatible HTML), Visforms basically uses the CSS of your template for the styling.

Aicha

 I recommend you the new and up-to-date documentation for Joomla 4:
docs.joomla-5.visforms.vi-solutions.de/en/docs/
Most of this also applies retrospectively to Joomla 3.
Please only ask 1 question per topic :-).

Hi Aicha

Thanks for your reply, we will take a look at our template to see what is causing the problem.
