Failure to install Multi form visform plugin was created by gkyambadde
Encountering failure during installation:

1. Installing from directory
Error: Please enter a package folder.
Unable to find install package

2. Installing while directly uploading the package using the joomla package manager

Warning
JFolder::create: Could not create folder.Path: /logs
Extension Update: Custom install routine failure.
Error
Incorrect version sequence. Cannot upgrade 3.8.9 to 3.8.9
Error installing component

Hi,

I'm sorry for your trouble.
The error message says that you have tried to install Visforms and not the multi page form extension and that Visforms 3.8.9 is already installed on your website, so that there is no need to install or update Visforms again.

After you have bought the extension "multi page forms" you have received a mail with the installation package for this extension. (vfmultipageforms.zip). It is this zip which you have to use in order to install the multi page forms extensions not the Visforms installation.

Most of this also applies retrospectively to Joomla 3.
