Hallo,

Wir haben das Mail Attachment eingerichtet. Bei Mail Options ist eine formatierte Mail angelegt. Unter Mail Attachments sind alle PDF Auswahlmöglichkleiten auf "YES".

Die PDF in der versendeten Mail ist allerdings leer.

Wo liegt der Fehler?

Das PDF wird mit Hilfe eines PDF Generators aus dem HTML der Mail erzeugt. Wenn im Editor, in dem der E-Mail Text das HTML nicht ganz valide ist (manchmal auch wenn einfach nur leere p-Elemente im HTML sind), dann stolpert der PDF Generator darüber.

Dieser Forumsbeitrag www.vi-solutions.de/de/support/forum/19-...mular-als-pdf-senden ist rund um das Feature mit dem PDF entstanden. Hier sind ebenfalls ein paar Situationen (und Lösungen) beschrieben, bei denen leeere PDF's erzeugt wurden.

Ich hoffe das hilft weiter.

Hallo,

nach langem testen kann ich mittlerweile Text eingefügen, aber sobald eine Tabelle eingefügt wird ist das PDF leer.

Hallo,

ich war gestern den ganzen Tag unterwegs und deshalb den Beitrag erst heute gesehen.

Wenn ich einfach nur diesen Code bei mir in einem Beispielformular in der Ergebnismail in den "Ergebnis Mail Text" kopiere und dann das Formular abschicke, wird das PDF anstandslos korrekt erzeugt.
