404-er Fehler nach absenden Formular was created by gawerl
Hallo Aicha,

seit dem letzten Update auf 3.6.5 besteht folgender Fehler:

nach Absenden kommt ein 404er- Fehler. Formulardaten werden übertragen, das passt,
aber Kunde sieht den 404 er Fehler.
Das Formular wurde per Formview in die Beiträge eingefügt. Der Fehler besteht
bei allen Beiträgen mit diesem Formular.

Wir hatten letztes Jahr auf einer unserer Seiten ein ähnliches Problem: da war es die Datenbank.
Was kann das dieses Mal sein?

Sorry aber normalerweise gibt es keine Probleme nach einem Joomla! Update auf 3.6.5., deshalb hab ich auch leider keine Idee, woran das liegen könnte. Was ist das denn für eine Visforms Version?

Es handelt sich um Visform 3.8.16 also die Neueste

Hm,

es tut mir wirklich leid, dass ihr solche Probleme habt, aber eigentlich glaube ich nicht, dass diese ursächlich bzw. allein von Visforms kommen, sonst gäbe es hierzu sehr wahrscheinlich mehr Einträge im Forum.

ihr habt ja sicher alle Caches und so nach dem Joomla! Update gelöscht.

Was steht denn auf der Fehlermeldung noch drauf, außer 404?

Hast du mal in der globalen Konfiguration das Fehlerberichten auf Maximum gestellt. Gibt es dann evtl. mehr Informationen zu dem Fehler?

Habt ihr mal getestet, ob der Fehler auch auftritt, wenn die Seite mit dem Joomla! Default Template Protostar angezeigt wird?
