Visforms Subcription supports Update through Joomla! update manager.
This will only work, if you have added your download id in the Visforms Dashboard "button" Updates.
Follow the instructions there, in order to find your download id.

If you have not yet entered your download id (or an incorrect one). Updating through Joomla! update manager will fail with an Error 403. You will further get a message, that you can download the update manually form an url.

This url is not working (you still get the error 403). Instead you just have to login here on this website with the user, which you used to buy the subscription. Then got to the downloads menu. You will see the download for the subscription there.

Alternatively, add your download id in the Visforms Dashboard "button" Updates (in the administration of your website). Then go back to extensions -> manage -> Update. Click the "Clear cache" button and the "Find Updates button". It is important, that you click these two buttons, because otherwise the download id which you just added will not be loaded and you will still get the same error.
