Guten Morgen,

besteht die Möglichkeit innerhalb eines Formulars, sowohl im Frontend als auch bspw. beim Versand einer .pdf-Datei, eine Fuß- und Kopfzeile einzufügen?

Dies wird zur Dokumentation des Revisionsstandes von uns benötigt.

Hallo,

eine Kopf- und Fußzeilenfunktion in dem Sinne gibt es nicht.

Du kannst im Formular jederzeit überall Fixtexte einfügen ( www.vi-solutions.de/de/support/dokumenta...29-texte-im-formular )

In ähnlicher Weise kannst du auch die Texte der Mails und damit des PDF's individuell gestalten, aber dort ist es wohl noch weniger eine Kopf/Fusszeile als im Formular. Aber als Variablen (Platzhalter) kann man halt immer nur Werte aus Feldern, die im Formular vorhanden sind, verwenden.

Wir arbeiten im Moment daran, die PDF-Funktionalität für Visforms erheblich zu erweitern (Anlegen von individuellen PDF-Templates) und ich denke eine individuelle Kopf/Fußzeile im PDF (auch unter Verwendung von z.B. dem aktuellen Datum als Variable) wird in dieser Funktionalität enthalten sein. Wann wir diese Funktionalität im Rahmen der Visforms Subscription veröffentlichen weiß ich aber noch nicht, das ist ein größeres Entwicklungsprojekt.
