Hi
We have setup a form with an email address specified but the mail does not seem to go through. can anybody help with this issue

Hi,

you must use the field type email in your form not the field type text.
Only user inputs in fields of type email are validated for a valid email format.
Only the user input in the first form field of type email is used in the result mails as reply to address and a user email is only sent if there is a field of type email with a user input in the form. It is again the email address in the first email field of your form, where the user email is send to.
