Hi,
maybe I'm wrong but, as far as I know, GDPR requires that privacy consent is recorded along with "certified" timestamp.

Will Visforms be compliant with GDPR, allowing privacy consents to be recorded, for example in "Contact forms" where a checkbox is used to accept privacy policy?

Hi,
I'm sorry, it took me so long to answer, but as you can imagine we have received lots of similar request in the last days. Everybody is very confused and I do not want to deal with any request in particluar. Instead I decided on writing a documentation article, where I describe which Visforms features can (in my opinion) be helpful, if you want to make your form GDPR compiant. I hope it will help.
