Joomla 5 Notice

Hello,

i use the newest version of Visforms and made a form.

Everythings well but the information of de data of an filled in form is not stored in the database and the user and the administrator don't get en email with the results.

Any suggestions

Hi Rankman,

these features are controlled by parameters. Did you set up the form correctly?
Form -> Tab Result -> Save result (to yes)
Form -> Tab Mail Options (according to your requirements)

Yes the settings are correct. I've settup a test version at home and this one works perfectly.

Can it be a php version thing?

Hi Rankman,

Visforms is compatible with php 5.3.1 + and recommended php 5.4. + (same as Joomla 3). So, if it were a php version problem there would be a problem with your Joomla! installation as well. Which version is running on the server?

If the settings are correct, as you claim, the problem you describe indicates a fundemental problem (so your idea about the php version problem was the right direction). But I need a link to the form, that is not working, to look into which fundamental problem it might be.
