Changing Text input colour was created by Apos
Hello,
Congrats for this great extension.

I'd like some help, please.
I'd like to change the text input colour.
I have created a form and when I fill in for example the Name Field (type: text) the text colour is grey.
When I write something on a comment box (type: textarea) the text colour is black, which is ok.

How can I set the text colours of all fields to be displayed also in black?

Thank you,

Apos

Hi,

Visforms use weak css selector and does not define the color itself but uses the settings in your template css. So the grey text color of the inputs (type text) is most probably set by your template css. You have to find out, where the css rule is located, that makes the text grey and change the css or add a new rule with a stronger selector, that overrides the rule that makes the text grey. There is an article in the visforms documentation on how to use browser tools to find the css in question.

 I recommend you the new and up-to-date documentation for Joomla 4:
docs.joomla-5.visforms.vi-solutions.de/en/docs/
Most of this also applies retrospectively to Joomla 3.

 Ich empfehle Dir die neue und aktuelle Dokumentation für Joomla 4:

Das meiste gilt rückwirkend auch für Joomla 3.
Bitte immer nur 1 Frage pro Thema stellen :-).
