Hi,

both issues strongly suggest, that there is a Javascript error on the website.
Please make sure, that you use the latest Visforms version, if you are on Joomla! 3.7.

Mostly such Javascript errors are the result of extensions (template, plugin module) that include jQuery into the website either in a way that is not conform with the Joomla! standards or a version that is not conform with the Joomla! standard. In order to fix the problem, you have to set up your website in a way, that the components which you use are compatible with the Joomla! standard so that there are no Javascript errors on your website. This is individual configuration of your website and there is no "standard solution". You can use the console of your Browser in order to track Javascript error message that might help you find the source of the problem.

Please check also into the Visforms FAQ's www.vi-solutions.de/en/documentations/visforms/faqs-visforms there is a bit more information about such problems.

Regards,
Aicha

Hi,

the problem is caused by the module mod_cinch_menu which loads jquery 1.8.2 (which is a jQuery verison that is not compatible with Joomla! 3) in a way that is not conform with Joomla! standard.
This causes lots of severe Javascirpt Errors on the page.

You can find the following script declaration in the HTML source code of your website.
Code:
<script type="text/javascript" src="/modules/mod_cinch_menu/tmpl/js/jquery-1.8.2.min.js">
