Sorry für meinen wenig hilfreichen Tipp. Ich hatte damals auch unter J3 die Filter in der Edit-Ansicht schon intensiv genutzt. Dass sie an anderer Stelle konfiguriert wurden, war mir nicht mehr bewusst. Doch schon zu lange her ...

Hallo Frank,

auch in Visforms für Joomla 4 wird für Text-Felder keine Dropbox als Filter-Feld für die Datenansicht im Frontend erstellt.

Frei editierbare Text-Felder enthalten in der Regel für jeden Datensatz einen anderen freien Text.
Eine Dropbox für Text-Felder würde also in den allermeisten Fällen darauf hinauslaufen, dass es für jeden Datensatz einen Eintrag in der Dropbox gäbe.
Insbesondere bei zunehmend vielen Datensätzen macht das immer weniger Sinn.
